By accessing westmanor.ph you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Reservations and payments
All reservations are subject to availability and the rate terms selected at booking. Certain rates are non-refundable; this will be clearly indicated before payment. Payment is processed in Philippine peso (₱).
3. Cancellation
Standard rates allow cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival with no charge. Non-refundable rates are charged in full at booking. Wedding, event, and group contracts have separate terms that will be provided in your proposal.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, video, and design — is the property of WestManor Resort Hotel or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
5. Conduct on property
We ask all guests to respect the quiet of the resort, the privacy of other guests, and the environment of the Sual coastline. WestManor reserves the right to end a stay for behaviour that disturbs other guests or staff.
6. Liability
WestManor provides its services on an “as-is” basis. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or a stay at the resort.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Pangasinan.
