Before Your Stay

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Please coordinate with our front desk via Facebook Messenger for any special timing requests.
What's included with the room?
All rooms include air conditioning, private bathroom with hot and cold shower, fresh towels, flat-screen TV, mini refrigerator, pool access, and free parking. Please note: WiFi and breakfast are not included.
Do you have swimming pools?
Yes! We have two pools — the Grand River Pool and the Terraces Pool. Pool access is complimentary for all overnight guests. Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Children of all ages are welcome. Pool entry for kids ages 4-12 is ₱150, and children under 3 are free. Many of our rooms accommodate families of 4 to 12 guests.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available for all overnight and day tour guests within the resort grounds.
Is WiFi available?
WiFi is currently not available at the resort. We recommend downloading entertainment or work materials before your visit.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets at all times. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas, and any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest.
Can I bring outside food?
Outside food is allowed subject to corkage fees. However, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted — drinks are available at our Tiki Bar. Inquire at the front desk for current corkage rates.
How do I order food at the resort?
Day tour guests can order food at our Tiki Bar. Overnight guests can order via Facebook Messenger for room delivery. Our kitchen serves Filipino cuisine with a Pangasinan twist using locally-sourced ingredients.
Is cooking allowed in the rooms?
Cooking in rooms is not permitted unless authorized by management. Food can be ordered from our Tiki Bar and Kitchen Food Services.
How do I get to WestManor?
We're located at Sitio Matalakitik, Brgy. Caoayan, Sual, Pangasinan — about 10-20 minutes from Sual town proper along the highway toward Alaminos. Look for the stone 'WESTMANOR' letters at the entrance.
