Credit card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on WestManor's servers. We are PCI DSS compliant. Refunds follow the terms of the rate you booked.

Our website uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies for session management and security. We also use analytics cookies to understand which parts of the site are useful to our guests. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
5. Data retention
We retain booking records for seven years to comply with Philippine tax and consumer-protection law. Newsletter and marketing data are retained until you unsubscribe.
