We use your information to confirm and manage your reservations, to personalise your stay, to respond to your inquiries, and — only with your consent — to send you occasional news, offers, and wellness content from the resort.

Credit card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on WestManor's servers. We are PCI DSS compliant. Refunds follow the terms of the rate you booked.

We retain booking records for seven years to comply with Philippine tax and consumer-protection law. Newsletter and marketing data are retained until you unsubscribe.
