Drive north via TPLEX expressway through Tarlac, then continue to Pangasinan. Take the exit towards Sual. From Sual town proper, proceed along the main highway toward Alaminos and continue straight into Barangay Caoayan. After passing Matalakitik Bridge 2, you will encounter Matalakitik Bridge 1 — look for a building under construction on the right-hand side. The distinctive stone letters spelling 'WESTMANOR' mark the resort entrance. Free parking available.

Take a Victory Liner, Five Star, or Dagupan Bus Co. from Manila (Cubao or Pasay) bound for Dagupan or Alaminos. From Dagupan, take a local jeepney or tricycle to Sual. From Sual town proper, the resort is approximately 10-20 minutes along the highway toward Alaminos in Barangay Caoayan.
